Soon after your order you will receive confirmation via the email you entered during checkout. This will confirm your order, name delivery address as well as the payment and the payment method. If you do not receive any such confirmation don't forget to check your email provider's spam folder.

As most of our items are made custom to order, you should expect to hear from one of the team within 24 hours of your confirmation email (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Again we will confirm your order and will then ask a few questions to fully understand your customisation requirements.

To ensure that you're fully satisfied with your goods once they arrive, we will get in touch with you one last time via email to preview our designs. If the designs are to your liking then manufacturing will begin.

Finally at the end of the process your order will be sent First Class free postage, within 24/48 hours of order confirmation.  Thank you for purchasing from Shop-to-u-drop and we hope to see you again.
